Scope of works included:

• Mobilisation of a 10-tonne forklift, prime movers, rigid flatbeds, and HIAB trucks.
• Removal of eight brick kilns and associated chutes.
• Oxy-cutting of the extendable railway into transportable sections.
• Recovery and recycling of nickel alloys and other high-value exotic alloys.
• Site preparation and industrial make-good for property sale.

Outcome:

The project was completed safely, on time, and within budget, with maximum value recovered through responsible recycling.
