• Dismantling and recycling of structural steel and associated plant.
• Segregation and recovery of recyclable metals.
• General waste removal and site clean-up.
• Final warehouse clean to deliver a clear, safe, and usable space.
Outcome:
The facility was transformed from a cluttered industrial workspace into a clean, vacant warehouse ready for its next tenant or redevelopment. All recyclable materials were recovered where practical, minimising waste and maximising value.
